Privacy Policy

This page explains what information UnlockerHub keeps about you, why, and who sees it. We keep it simple and we do not sell your data.
1. What we keep
- Your account: name, email address, a password (stored only in a scrambled form that we cannot read), and optionally your phone number and country.
- Your orders: the service you ordered, the IMEI, serial number, username or other details you typed for it, the result, the price and the date.
- Your wallet: every top-up, charge and refund, with the amount and the date.
- Sign-in security: the date, IP address and device type of each sign-in and each failed attempt for your account. This is shown to you under Security, so you can spot anything unusual.
- If you use 2-step login: an encrypted key for your authenticator app and the hashes of your recovery codes.
2. Why we use it
- To run your account, take your orders and deliver the results.
- To keep money safe: to check balances, prevent fraud, and investigate any problem you report.
- To keep the site secure and to contact you about your orders or account.
3. Who else gets it
- Our suppliers receive only what is needed to carry out your order: for example the IMEI or serial number, the username, and the service you chose. They do not receive your name, email or wallet details.
- Our hosting provider stores the data for us.
- We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud.
- We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in and one that protects forms from forgery. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account, orders and wallet history for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records, to settle disputes and to follow the law. Sign-in history is kept for security reasons.
6. How we protect it
Passwords are stored scrambled, supplier access keys are stored encrypted, the site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, administrators can use 2-step login, and the database is backed up every day. No system is perfectly safe, so please keep your own password private and use a different password on every site.
7. Your choices
- You can see and change your name, phone and country under Account, and change your password under Security.
- You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, to correct it, or to close your account. Contact us below. Some records, such as payments and orders, we may need to keep for legal and accounting reasons.
8. Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes too.
